Immerse yourself in a lush, secluded, natural spring setting where we will explore the ancient healing art of warm oil therapy. This treatment is inspired by cross-cultural healing modalities that promote relaxation, joy, rest and rejuvenation during the postpartum period. 

My vision for this program is simple: women nourishing women. I believe that as women we have an innate knowing for how to nourish those we love. However, not all women are or want to be trained body-workers. This program is designed to be a simple, accessible training to empower everyday women to bring these modalities of care to their communities, families and friends so that we can collectively create a culture of women nourishing women and heal the disconnection, isolation, and lack of support that is so pervasive in our modern world. By weaving cross-cultural lineages of healing, I seek to honor these traditions by keeping them alive in our modern world, weaving an experience of the sacred into the ordinary of our everyday lives. In this simple training, I share with you the sequence of modalities I offer which has been an evolving creation for seven years, and which has been a growing desire in my heart to pass onto other women.

This work is adaptable. It supports the creation of special containers of care for all stages of life, including women in all life transitions, and the vulnerable elderly.
