When I arrived at Allison’s place, I was feeling jittery and weighed down by the heaviness of a recent breakup. But as we began the intake, I immediately started to feel calmer. The thoughtful, slow approach she took helped me really drop into the present moment. The Yoni steam grounded me right away, and the anise tea she made while I was steaming warmed me from head to toe.
The massage... I could go on and on about it. It was a complete reset. I remember starting the session and laying on the massage table with a lot of tension in my body along my left side. As the session continued, it was incredible to feel my whole body release and melt away the tightness I was originally experiencing. Then the fragrant scrub at the end made me feel so alive, like all the dead skin and stagnant energy I’d been holding onto was being sloughed off.
When Allison took me outside for the plant bath, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But as the warm, aromatic herbal liquid poured over me, I felt like royalty - a Mayan priestess sitting on her throne atop a pyramid. I felt beautiful, divine, and powerful. At one point, as she poured the wash over me, the clouds parted, and the sun shone on my whole body. I had a vision of myself wearing a crown with sun rays radiating from my head. When it was over, I didn’t want to move. I just soaked it all in, holding the flowers and herbs to my chest, feeling clean, feminine, and whole. When I stood up, all the heaviness in my body had vanished. I felt completely reborn.
Part of Allison’s treatment plan included a visit to nature. She took me to a local spring, and diving into the water felt like swimming into a dream. I felt like a mermaid, completely immersed in the pristine, healing waters. When I climbed out, I felt anointed by the pure, sacred energy of Florida’s springs. We then hiked to a nearby waterfall. The sound of the rushing water transported me to a space of deep awe, peace, and tenderness. It reminded me how exhausting life can be, but also how the beauty of the world is always here to help heal and restore us.
I felt so grateful for Allison's presence throughout the day. She was an anchor, allowing me to experience everything in its rawness while being there whenever I needed her. It felt like she was a guardian, holding space for my transformation and healing throughout this incredible experience.

From the moment I met Allison, I knew I wanted her as my doula. It was during COVID, in my third trimester, that I met her. Right away, I felt that Allison was calm, centered, grounded, extremely sweet, and professional. She helped me assemble the perfect homebirth support team that I needed. I strongly disliked how my current birth team was treating me and Allison helped me see that I have other options of birth support.
Throughout the last trimester of my pregnancy, she gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. Allison guided me to the resources I needed to confront my fears and work through my limiting beliefs. Her massages were incredible for my nervous system. I could feel the deep restorative joy that radiated through me during these massages, and I knew my baby was benefiting from the deep relaxation and peace I experienced.
When the day of labor arrived, it was a beautiful night under a full moon in January. Allison was there, reminding me with every surge that I could always rest and exhale. She created a peaceful, restful environment, candlelit ambiance-- it was perfect. During my active labor, I remember moving in and out of time and space and feeling completely free and safe in this sacred space she created.
When my son emerged from the birth pool, Allison spoke holy prayers. It felt as if all space and time had healed the generational trauma from my ancestors, allowing us to be born sovereign and free. I am brought to tears just recalling this moment.
My birth with my son filled so many emotional gaps in my family line, and Allison honored this in every way possible. During my pregnancy, my mother lived across the street. While she didn’t attend the birth, Allison still involved her by giving her recipes for my first postpartum meals, and guidance with postpartum care, allowing my mother to contribute to my postpartum experience. My mother felt that I had paved a path of freedom for our family and our lineage with this sacred birth and postpartum nourishment.
I am deeply grateful for Allison. I want everyone to know that she is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering space throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. For me, she helped shift the cold, institutionalized Western birth script to creating a lasting, empowering transformation that will always live within me.

My experience with Allison’s support during my postpartum period has been life-changing, and I’m really not exaggerating. After a first postpartum experience that was less than ideal, prioritizing support for myself while I integrated my second birth was important to me. I invested in a package of Allison’s offerings, and WOW!
She arrived at my home a few days after I gave birth for our first session. She made me a nourishing meal and warm tea to sip on while I sat for an herbal yoni steam, then gave me a full body massage with infused oil, taking her time on my womb space. This was followed by an exfoliating full body scrub made with deliciously warming spices like coriander and cardamom. I took a bath afterwards where she had a beautiful herbal infusion waiting for me to rinse off with. I then tucked into bed and nursed my baby and ate some more of the food she prepared. After several hours of being lovingly tended to with the most warming and soothing of modalities, I felt so deeply held.
Allison’s tender and attuned energy is a beautiful gift that she blesses the world with. Being able to be in my home with my newborn baby right beside me, and have someone like Allison there to “mother” me is something I wish everyone could experience.
We’ve had several sessions since, and each one has been equally as nourishing. I highly recommend investing in Allison’s postpartum support for yourself.

I've had many types of treatments in my life, Allison's are the most beautiful, heart-felt and medicinal. I feel so safe and connected to her, she is of the easiest people to love… It's such a labor of love for her; her dharmic potency… I just let her see my space and we decide which area would be best for her to set-up in and she brings everything in and sets herself up. Her massage table, oil warmer, hot towel warmer... linens, bunches of flowers. There's usually a tea or warm beverage she makes for me, lots of specialty things I wouldn’t ever think to ask for or do myself.
Allison is expert at caring for women, it's just pure luxurious nourishing care from the moment she entered my house. When I was pregnant she helped me so much and then when my daughter Sarasvati was a tiny baby I would nurse or hold Sarasvati as she slept, while Allison worked on me. I felt like she was holding me as I was holding Sarasvati. It's a special experience to be able to fall asleep on the massage table or feed my baby during treatment - all in the privacy and safety of my own bedroom. Sarasvati was glued to me as an infant, and I had so much back pain after her birth. I don't know how I would have handled that without Allison. It was just such a treasured, wonderful experience for me and a relationship I really value.
